Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage inbound client calls regarding payments, cancellations, and policy changes while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and support revenue retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound client calls related to service needs, payments, and policy modifications
- Maintain calm and friendly communication while multitasking across multiple systems
- Identify opportunities to retain clients by recognizing unmet needs or coverage gaps
Required qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
- Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within the first 90 days
- Proficient typing skills with accuracy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems
