Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage inbound client calls regarding payments, cancellations, and policy changes while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for client retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound client calls, addressing service needs and policy inquiries
  • Maintain calm and friendly communication while multitasking across multiple systems
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and resolve concerns effectively
Required qualifications
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
  • Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within the first 90 days
  • Proficient typing skills with accuracy
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
