Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage inbound client calls regarding payments, cancellations, and policy changes while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for client retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound client calls, addressing service needs and policy inquiries
- Maintain calm and friendly communication while multitasking across multiple systems
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and resolve concerns effectively
Required qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
- Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within the first 90 days
- Proficient typing skills with accuracy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
