Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to brokers, groups, or members concerning insurance benefits, claims, enrollments, and billing
  • Build rapport and confidence with external brokers regarding Healthcare Insurance
  • Provide high-level concierge support to brokers as they sell the company's products
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience required
