Job Summary

Insurance Data Analytics Engineer, a full-time position focused on designing, building, and governing analytics-ready data assets in the P&C insurance sector to support business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver scalable analytics solutions
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI platforms like Sigma or Power BI
• Define data governance standards and monitor data performance for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering within the insurance industry
• Strong experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake, and transformation tools like dbt
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and modern data architectures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working in Agile environments
