Insurance Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Data and Reporting Manager to join their innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Develop and automate recurring internal reports for key stakeholders across departments
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to policy growth, claims trends, and customer retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in the insurance industry
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with insurance domain data, including policy, claims, and actuarial datasets
