Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Defend commercial transportation and trucking matters, including cases
• Handle auto liability, premises liability, and construction defect cases from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare cases for trial or mediation

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant litigation experience as an insurance defense attorney
• Substantial experience in commercial transportation and trucking defense
• Background in handling premises liability and construction defect matters
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Comfortable working fully remote with strong organization and case management skills
