Job Summary

To optimize financial outcomes and enhance efficiency, the full-time Insurance Denial Specialist will perform process quality analysis on revenue cycle management, collaborate with leadership on policy implementation, and support transformational initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct revenue cycle process analysis and root cause identification to minimize financial impacts
• Facilitate communication and education with markets regarding process improvements and revenue cycle operations
• Develop and deliver training solutions for new and existing processes to enhance the patient experience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of medical office and medical insurance policy experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
