Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Director to oversee the physician billing insurance follow-up department and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of insurance collectors and supervisors to achieve billing results
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize denials
• Generate and present reports on claim status and financial performance to the executive team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of physician billing insurance follow-up experience preferred
• At least 5 years in a management role within a physician billing environment
• Proficiency with Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Microsoft Office Suite
• Extensive knowledge of professional fee/physician revenue cycle and coding
