Insurance Discovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Discovery Specialist to support its Insurance Discovery product and client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and load patient insurance coverage into systems to improve billing accuracy and reduce denials
• Manage coverage work queues, research eligibility, and coordinate with payers and provider teams
• Support metrics/reporting, recommend process improvements, and train teams on coverage loading workflows

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in revenue cycle, preferably with eligibility and denials
• Proficiency in Excel; willingness to learn basic SQL (training provided)
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on process and product improvement
