Job Summary

Utilizing their expertise in the insurance industry, the part-time Insurance Domain Specialist will evaluate simulated environments to ensure they accurately reflect real-world insurance operations, contributing approximately 5-10 hours per week in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review simulated environments, data, tools, workflows, and tasks representing real-world insurance operations
• Assess the realism, usefulness, and completeness of the environments from the perspective of an experienced insurance professional
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations for improving the environments based on identified gaps and inconsistencies with industry practices

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on professional experience within the insurance industry
• Practical experience in areas such as Health Insurance, Property & Casualty, or Claims Management
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows, stakeholders, documentation, and operational processes
• Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, constructive feedback
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
