Job Summary
Evaluating simulated environments for AI agents, the part-time Insurance Domain Specialist will assess the realism and completeness of insurance workflows and provide actionable feedback to enhance training environments, working remotely for approximately 5-10 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Review simulated environments, data, tools, workflows, and tasks representing real-world insurance operations
- Assess the realism, usefulness, and completeness of the environments from an experienced insurance professional's perspective
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations for improving the environments, including identifying unrealistic or missing elements
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on professional experience within the insurance industry
- Practical experience in areas such as Health Insurance, Property & Casualty, or Claims Management
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, stakeholders, documentation, and operational processes
- Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, constructive feedback
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
