Key responsibilities

• Verifying home health care benefits for new clients
• Contacting insurance companies to obtain benefit and billing information
• Documenting benefits and communicating coverage information to internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of benefit experience, specifically with Managed Medicare and Managed Medicaid
• Strong PC skills and customer service abilities
