• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Small Business Package portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and strategic partners
• Drive profitable growth and oversee underwriting guidelines and operational strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the insurance sector
• Experience with P/C, commercial lines, and BOP/CPP underwriting
• Proven track record of driving premium growth and operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• CPCU preferred
