Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Filing Clerk to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of state regulatory surplus lines submissions
- Reconcile surplus filing data batches, payments, and invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare, verify, and review required documentation for submission
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience filing surplus lines transactions
- Minimum of 6 months of computerized data entry experience
- Technically proficient with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe preferred
- Prior experience in administration or accounting preferred
