Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Filing Clerk to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of state regulatory surplus lines submissions
  • Reconcile surplus filing data batches, payments, and invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare, verify, and review required documentation for submission
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience filing surplus lines transactions
  • Minimum of 6 months of computerized data entry experience
  • Technically proficient with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe preferred
  • Prior experience in administration or accounting preferred
