Insurance Follow-Up Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Out Insurance Follow-Up Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance carriers to resolve claims denials and ensure payment
• Process claims, payments, adjustments, and maintain accurate account documentation
• Analyze EOBs and account documentation to identify and resolve reimbursement issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required
• 3-5 years of insurance follow-up experience in a hospital or physician's office setting is preferred
• Results-oriented approach
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Strong work ethic
