Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Insurance Follow Up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct follow-up with insurance payers to determine claim status and resolve outstanding accounts
  • Identify root causes of unpaid claims and take corrective actions, including appeals and resubmissions
  • Document all actions and correspondence in accordance with internal policies and provide feedback on product enhancements


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of healthcare billing and insurance experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, denial codes, CPT & ICD-10 codes preferred
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable navigating technology-focused setups with multiple applications
