Key Responsibilities

• Completes actions for timely claims follow-up and effective appeals submission
• Corresponds with third-party insurance payers to obtain necessary information for claims resolution
• Utilizes reference materials to troubleshoot claims issues and completes assigned work queues within deadlines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Healthcare billing knowledge preferred
• Ability to interpret EOBs, denials, and appeals
• Previous work from home experience preferred
• High proficiency with standard office equipment and software
