Insurance Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant (Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand current workflows and processes
• Design professional services project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Present project scope and timelines to executive-level stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting with a focus on complex software implementations
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of insurance agency workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to visualize complex projects and create actionable implementation plans
• Familiarity with Applied products is a significant plus
