Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Implementation Consultant (Insurance).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand workflows and processes
  • Design project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) defining project boundaries and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure seamless project handoff and delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, focusing on complex software implementations
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of agency workflows
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to visualize complex projects and create actionable implementation plans
  • Experience in managing client expectations and guiding stakeholders effectively
