Insurance Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map relationships between various insurance classification frameworks
• Create and maintain mapping documentation and decision rationales for internal and external use
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on classification logic and facilitate consensus across organizations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Commercial Lines or Workers' Compensation
• Hands-on experience with NAICS, ISO, SIC, and/or NCCI class codes
• Exposure to carrier underwriting guidelines and classification accuracy
• Experience interpreting real-world business operations for insurance purposes
• Prior experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Insurance Data Analyst
