Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated issues related to benefits and claims
• Manage plan administration activities, including installation, eligibility, and member communications strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industry or customer service experience, preferably in account management
• 1-3 years of experience in the health benefits industry or project management
• Insurance license as required by state law, obtainable within the first 90 days of employment
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
