Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead for the Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide segment-agnostic support for customer events and oversee coordination of these events
• Support benefit educators in hiring, onboarding, and coaching within a designated area
• Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with various business partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or a related field preferred
• Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
