A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead to support customer engagement and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of benefit educators in a specified geographic area

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs and CRM systems like Salesforce.com
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
