Insurance Licensed Benefit Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead to support customer engagement activities and coordinate educational events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer event support and oversee benefit educators in designated areas
• Coordinate end-to-end customer events, including material development and ordering
• Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
