Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead for the East Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of customer-facing events and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
  • Oversee end-to-end coordination of customer events, including material preparation and ordering
  • Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with sales and account management teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs and CRM systems like Salesforce.com
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
