Job Summary

To ensure accurate bonus calculations and manage agent profiles, the full-time Sr. Field Operations Coordinator will assess business performance metrics, track new groups, and oversee compliance processes while working remotely from any US-based location.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluating business performance metrics to align with bonus incentives and drive organizational success
  • Analyzing data to confirm the accuracy of bonus calculations and disbursements, maintaining financial integrity
  • Overseeing the tracking of new groups and generating actionable reports for the Field Leadership Team
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of experience in agency licensing, insurance operations, or related fields
  • Intermediate experience with Excel, spreadsheets, and pivot tables
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements related to insurance licensing and agent compliance
  • Insurance License preferred
