Job Summary
Detail-oriented and technically adept, the full-time remote Licensing and Contracting Forms Analyst will manage a large library of licensing and contracting forms, configure data-mapping logic, and provide Tier One support for form and data-related inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of PDF forms and associated business rules
- Program data mapping logic using XSL/XML code to ensure accurate form data application
- Serve as the primary support contact for form and data-mapping related issues and requests
Required qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry specifically within Licensing and Contracting
- Proficiency in reading and writing XSL/XML code
- Ability to interpret complex business rules and apply them to forms coding
- Proven customer support experience with strong phone and email handling skills
