Insurance Licensing Associate

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end insurance licensing function, the full-time Insurance Licensing Associate will manage agency and individual producer licensing across all 50 states and D.C., ensuring compliance and maintaining proper records in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain agency licenses and manage individual producer licensing from pre-hire through termination
• Oversee carrier appointments and terminations, ensuring timely compliance with state regulations
• Maintain an audit-ready system of records for all licenses, appointments, and continuing education credits

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance licensing experience in a brokerage, agency, carrier, MGA, or insurtech environment
• Demonstrated experience with both entity/agency and individual producer licensing
• Multi-state experience across multiple lines of authority
• Working proficiency with NIPR, Sircon, and state DOI portals
• Strong knowledge of producer licensing regulations and CE requirements by state
