Insurance Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Insurance Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new licensing applications, appointments, and terminations for agents and agencies in compliance with state regulations
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders for licensing, appointments, and department systems
• Perform audits to validate data maintained in agency systems

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an insurance or business environment preferred
• Property/Casualty license preferred
• Experience with licensing platforms such as AgentSync, Sircon by Vertafore preferred
• Experience with Salesforce platform preferred
