Job Summary
Guiding aspiring insurance agents through the state licensing process, the remote Agent Concierge Representative will manage a pipeline of new hires, ensuring they are prepared for licensing exams while maintaining regular communication and providing progress updates.
Key responsibilities
- Assist 150-200 new hires through various stages of the licensing coursework
- Maintain detailed notes in MS Access and communicate state licensing requirements effectively
- Build rapport with new hires and agency partners through daily interactions via phone and text
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in a call or contact center is recommended
- Strong customer service skills, primarily via phone
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access
- Ability to self-manage daily workflow in a multi-task environment
