Job Summary
Insurance Licensing Team Lead oversees daily licensing operations, ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements for agents in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal agent renewals, appointments, terminations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervise and train licensing specialists while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Identify and implement process improvements for licensing procedures and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of insurance licensing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of DRLP requirements, DOI regulations, and NIPR processes
- Experience in a multi-state insurance environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to meet deadlines
