Job Summary

Insurance Licensing Team Lead oversees daily licensing operations, ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements for agents in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal agent renewals, appointments, terminations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Supervise and train licensing specialists while fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Identify and implement process improvements for licensing procedures and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of insurance licensing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of DRLP requirements, DOI regulations, and NIPR processes
  • Experience in a multi-state insurance environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to meet deadlines
