Insurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Manager responsible for overseeing client-contracted projects and managing team performance in revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and develop new client partnerships
• Oversee training and education for supervisors and staff to ensure compliance with processes
• Implement process improvements and manage HR functions including performance reviews and staff management

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience in a leadership role
• Experience managing a team of 50+ employees
• Hands-on experience with various insurance types including Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience in Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB)
• Expertise using Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms such as Epic or MEDITECH Expanse
