Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises insurance expirations, reviews, and deficiency follow-up
Manages property tax payments and escrow disbursement processes
Develops and maintains departmental procedures and manages vendor relationships

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing or related areas
Experience in managing or leading a team
Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan servicing software
