Insurance Managing Director

Job Summary

To support agency growth, the full-time remote Insurance Managing Director will manage local staff, coach agents, and develop business plans while acting as the primary liaison between the Home Office and independent sales agents.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents to enhance agency effectiveness and production
• Recommend business plans and budgets while monitoring progress to meet agency objectives
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and addressing local market needs

Required qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in marketing and sales
• Experience with Medicare, life, and annuity products
• Proven agency sales experience
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
