Insurance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ops Analyst I, Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the process owner and subject matter expert for at least one Insurance Operations activity
• Reconcile system-level transactions against invoices and related records for accuracy
• Monitor and report key operational metrics while identifying process gaps and recommending improvements

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, insurance operations, or related fields
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with process documentation and operational reporting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment preferred
