Insurance Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Operations Associate to support the processing of premium and commission transactions in insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the entry, validation, and reconciliation of premium data from agents and brokers
• Support the processing of premium adjustments and commission calculations
• Monitor incoming payments and assist in verifying the accuracy of cash application records

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in insurance operations, finance, or administrative operations
• Loss sensitive adjustment experience preferred, but not required
• Internship or coursework related to insurance or financial services is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced operational setting
