Insurance Operations Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a curious and AI-forward Insurance Operations Associate, the full-time remote role will manage claims denials, identify process improvements, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency within the Revenue Cycle Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Work claims denials, rejections, and billing exceptions end-to-end, driving resolution and identifying root causes
• Proactively surface process improvements and automation opportunities by identifying recurring patterns
• Monitor claims pipeline health and coordinate with providers on documentation and coding inquiries

Required qualifications

• Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience in healthcare billing, RCM, or insurance operations
• Genuine curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools to solve problems
• Ability to work East Coast hours (9am-6pm ET)
• Strong attention to detail with numbers, claim data, and payer rules
• Bonus: experience with medical billing software or CPT/ICD-10 coding
