Insurance Operations Associate

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end onboarding process for new group health business, the full-time remote Insurance Operations Associate will manage client transitions from prospect to active status, ensuring timely and accurate implementation while collaborating closely with Sales, Agents, and internal Account Management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to active client
• Support agent onboarding and coordinate with TPAs for accurate case implementation
• Drive process improvements and system automation to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in sales support, onboarding, or insurance operations
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• High attention to detail with effective follow-through
• Experience collaborating across various teams and external partners
• Comfort with technology platforms and process documentation
