A company is looking for an Associate Director of Insurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale provider credentialing operations to support national growth
• Optimize credentialing, enrollment, and recredentialing activities across multiple payer networks
• Develop and mentor a high-performing credentialing team and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in provider insurance credentialing, with 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Deep understanding of payer enrollment and regulatory requirements
• Proven success in building and scaling credentialing teams
• Experience in behavioral health or high-volume outpatient settings
