Insurance Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Lead, Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for newly acquired agencies during their initial integration period
• Standardize operational workflows and assist in migrating client data to the core platform
• Manage carrier appointment processes and optimize contracts for better profitability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations or agency management, preferably in an M&A environment
• Deep understanding of NIPR and state-specific licensing requirements
• Advanced knowledge of Agency Management Systems such as Vertafore/AMS360 or Applied/Epic
• Exceptional project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
