Job Summary
Providing operational leadership for the Insurance team, the full-time remote Insurance Operations Manager will drive service excellence, enhance advisor engagement, and oversee operational reporting while managing a small team and executing key initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead service-level reporting by monitoring performance and providing actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness
- Establish service standards and escalation processes to ensure consistent service delivery and timely resolution of complex advisor service issues
- Build strong relationships with financial advisors through proactive communication and ongoing support while managing operational projects and team initiatives
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in life insurance operations, financial services operations, or advisor service
- Experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management teams
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, including life insurance and annuity processes
