Key Responsibilities

• Research dual coverage and determine primary insurance
• Update claims system and verify coverages with insurance companies
• Meet performance measures and complete regulatory and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of medical claims processing experience
• 5+ years of experience with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• Schedule availability for Monday-Friday shifts (08:00am to 08:00pm CST/EST)
