Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist I - SES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and transactional support to leadership and internal teams, including data entry and email management
  • Process insurance transactions and maintain accurate records for property insurance and claims
  • Handle incoming inquiries and monitor shared inboxes, escalating complex issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One (1) or more years of experience in insurance operations, trust administration, financial services, or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with routine billing and documentation processes
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks
