Insurance Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Insurance Solutions division, the full-time remote Insurance Operations Specialist will manage daily operational tasks, including tracking service requests, ensuring procedural adherence, and collaborating with various teams to enhance client service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including tracking, reporting, and managing service requests in case management systems
• Collaborate with Wealth Management Teams to ensure accurate execution of client service delivery
• Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) while assisting department leadership with workflow management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 2 years of operational experience, with a preference for insurance operations experience
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Client-first attitude and a passion for providing excellent client experiences
