Insurance Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the Insurance Operations department, the fully remote Insurance Operations Supervisor will manage billing and collections processes, develop team members, and ensure compliance and productivity standards are met while maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of billing and insurance follow-up teams
• Manage client communications, including project updates and billing system support
• Provide coaching and support to staff members to achieve quality and productivity standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
• 3 years of direct management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of patient accounting systems and billing forms
• Demonstrated experience in appeals and denial management
