Insurance Phone Auditor

Job Summary

Fielding incoming and making outgoing calls, the full-time Phone Auditor will facilitate insurance premium audits for Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and incorporate fundamental guidelines when completing premium audits
• Make daily calls to insureds and agents to gather necessary information
• Maintain an average of 35 billable hours per week while completing audits based on specific rules and regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bookkeeping experience
• Quickbooks experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and tax documents
• Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email
• Bilingual is a huge plus
