Insurance Placement Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of new and renewal business placements, the remote Insurance Placement Associate will review submission materials for completeness, assist with quoting and analysis, and coordinate carrier marketing under the guidance of Placement Executives and Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Review submissions for completeness and accuracy, ensuring they meet internal quality standards and carrier requirements
• Assist in marketing accounts to carriers and support pricing reviews and basic analysis
• Submit accounts to carriers, monitor progress, and maintain accurate status updates within agency management systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of commercial insurance placement experience preferred
• Current P&C Producer License preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of P&C insurance coverages preferred but not required
• Comfortable using Excel and other software applications
