Insurance Plan Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of insurance plans, the full-time Centralized Insurance Plan Manager will manage configuration, standardization, and operational support for insurance plans within practice management systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain insurance plans, fee schedules, and coverage tables within practice management systems
• Audit insurance plans regularly to ensure data integrity and support operational efficiency
• Assist billing and operations teams with troubleshooting and implementation of new providers and locations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in dental or healthcare insurance administration or revenue cycle operations
• Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and payer structures
• Experience with dental practice management systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
