Insurance Policy Administration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IDI Policy Administration Analyst to provide operational support across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform team audits, system testing, and project work to support operational excellence
• Act as a subject matter expert, addressing escalations and providing technical expertise
• Develop process documentation, create process best practices, and support departmental testing

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of disability insurance and/or life insurance products preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (Bachelor's preferred)
• 2-3 years of insurance contracts experience (supporting, maintaining, administering)
• Strong skills in process documentation, compliance, and use of Visio or process mapping tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Copilot and SharePoint
