Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Policy Forms Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Hold team accountability for policy form related projects
Provide guidance and mentorship to Policy Forms Analysts
Support creation of rate/rule/forms filings and maintain Insurance Product documentation

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in policy form research, development, and implementation
Expert knowledge of insurance data and metrics
Proven knowledge and use of the SERFF filing system
Associates degree or higher preferred
Personal Lines product knowledge preferred
